WHO WE ARE
When, while the lovely valley teems with vapour around me, and the meridian sun strikes the upper surface of the impenetrable foliage of my trees, and but a few stray gleams steal into the inner sanctuary, I throw myself down among the tall grass by the trickling stream; and, as I lie close to the earth, a thousand unknown plants are noticed by me: when I hear the buzz of the little world among the stalks, and grow familiar with the countless indescribable forms of the insects and flies, then I feel the presence of the Almighty, who formed us in his own image, and the breath of that universal love which bears and sustains us, as it floats around us in an eternity of bliss; and then, my friend, when darkness overspreads my eyes, and heaven and earth seem to dwell in my soul and absorb its,
OUR HISTORY
1905
1905 Since 1905 the Rizek family has been known for their passion in cacao production in the Dominican Republic. Their farms located in the heart of our country are distinguished for the excellence of it genetic material and the exclusive post-harvest treatment given to their fruits.
2011
Kah Kow was introduced to the local market in 2011, with our recipes 70% and 62% we become pioneers in the gourmet chocolate industry by being the first certificated organic chocolate produce at origin.
2012
2012 Our acceptation and growth allow us to open our first store in Bluemall, a place to expose chocolate creations and promote its culture to the heart of the Dominicans. Our creativity, talent and experience on gathering the best ingredients allow us to expand our base recipes: 55%, 62%, 70%, 82% and 100%.
2013
After releasing our chocolate and macadamia spread Chocodamia, we expanded our range of products with other organic and seasonal artisanal confections.
